How To Make A Reservation
Camp Registration and Competition Registration are is separate.
- Most campers, including locals, choose Endicott housing and meals! Staying on campus is great value plus makes the Beantown experience even better. All housing selections include full meals. No worries where to get food, no traveling back and forth to campus. Once you arrive, there is no need for a car as everything is within easy walking distance.
- A camp registration must be received either prior to or at the same time as your Endicott reservation in order for the Endicott reservation to be processed. We recommend making reservations early, especially if you want a particular choice, as some selections will likely sell out. Pick a selection that matches your camp registration period. The BBQ is already included with all Whole Shebang and Week selections.
- The Weekend and Extended Weekend selections have two optional add-ons:
- Thursday Evening/Friday Morning
- Includes Thursday night housing and meals from Thursday dinner through Friday lunch. Don't forget to select the same add-on for your camp registration!
- Sunday Night or Monday Night
- Includes one additional night of housing plus breakfast. Especially recommended for those traveling to camp so as not to miss any of the Sunday or Monday evening camp activities.
- Pricing reflects the meals and nights of accommodation included with each option and includes all taxes. All prices are per person.
- Please check the Policies page for information on the Code of Conduct while at Beantown Camp. An Endicott College requirement is that all individuals on campus during camp must be registered and at least 18 years old. Each person will be required to complete a Waiver at check-in.
- Registration uses a Shopping Cart:
- Click the Register link in the price table above for your option selection, complete and submit the form. Please submit a separate reservation for each individual.
- Go to Camp Registration to make your selection for the same time period as your reservation.
- Once all your selections are in the cart, go to Checkout.
- You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. After submitting your order, you will have the choice of using a PayPal account or credit/debit card. There is a non-refundable 3% handling fee added to PayPal/credit card payments.
- Make checks, money orders or your bank's online payment to Beantown Camp and send to the address at Contact. Our last day for receiving mail is June 20, 2022, so please only send a check if it will arrive in time. For your bank's online payment, use your email address (or your phone number if you do not have email) as the account number. If using Bank of America/Zelle, Popmoney or Wise peer-to-peer transfers, use info@hoptothebeat.com as the account to pay.
- Either full payment or a 50% deposit , or enrollment in the monthly installment plan is required to have your housing and meal selection reserved.
- Enrolling in the installment plan will schedule equal monthly credit card payments with the first one occurring when the reservation is submitted, and subsequent ones occurring on the same day of the month, with the last one on or before June 22, 2022. If ordering more than one item on the installment plan please put them in separate orders due to a limitation in the checkout process.
- If paying a deposit, full payment must be paid by May 31, 2022 to guarantee your reservation. The balance can be paid using the Balance Payment page or by sending a check, money order or using your bank's online payment.
- If you are rooming and/or having meals on campus, bring a check for $35 to check-in made out to Endicott College for your room key/meal card deposit. Your check will be ripped up or returned to you at check-out when you turn in your meal card and key. Cash can be left if necessary, however, if you will not be checking out during the designated time, there is a $2 shipping fee to return cash deposits by mail.
- If after registering you would like to add any of the optional add-ons, Contact us and we can make the adjustments.
- Camp registration does not ensure that Endicott housing and meals will be available until an Endicott reservation is submitted and payment received (either full payment or a 50% deposit, or enrollment in the installment plan).
- Refund Information: If you need to cancel your Endicott reservation, a full refund for the Endicott fees minus a $25 processing fee is provided if your request is received by May 31, 2022. No refunds after May 31, 2022. Transfers to another person are also accepted. A new reservation needs to be submitted to process the transfer.
