Accommodations
Bed linens and towels are not provided unless you rented the linen package. There is no housekeeping service. Extra toilet paper, bin liners and bins to dispose of trash are available in the lobby of the residence halls or the laundry room. Please keep residence halls quiet at night. For air conditioned residence halls, keep the thermostat at 70 degrees auto-cool. This will allow the unit to operate efficiently and prevent “freezing” if turned to a lower setting. When you leave, please ensure your bedroom and shared rooms furniture is arranged the way you found it, empty refrigerators, collect trash, and pile rental linens on the bed. Return keys at checkout or in the drop box. Take a photo of your room as you left it when leaving.
Campus Buildings
Please only use the class rooms listed on the schedule for Beantown Camp, outside spaces, or your Stonehill accommodation areas for dancing and playing music. That does not include corridors and other rooms in the buildings we have spaces in, or in any other buildings including Roche Dining Commons(A4). Please be respectful to the other programs and staff working in offices on the campus.
Messages, Lost & Found
Announcements are made at meal times. Use the Facebook event page available at facebook.com/beantowncamp/events to post anything such as ride requests. A flyer table and Lost & Found box are located in the lobby of Alumni Hall(C5).
Drop Box For Room Keys
If you are leaving outside of the scheduled checkout times, put keys in provided envelope, write your name and room number on it, and leave in the blue drop box in the lobby of Alumni Hall(C5). Add your name and room number to the log book. Beantown staff will retrieve keys and rip up deposit checks. Please take a photo of your room as you left it.
