How To Make A Reservation

Camp Registration and Competition Registration are separate.

Housing & Meals Reservation Information

• Stonehill College requires that every attendee reserve one of the following for the same period as your Beantown Camp Registration:
  • A housing package, which includes full meals.
  • A commuter package which includes full meals, no accommodations.
• Most campers, including locals, choose to stay on campus. It's highly recommended, as it enhances the Beantown experience. All housing selections include full meals. No worries where to get food, no traveling back and forth to campus. Once you arrive, there is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance.
• A camp registration must be received either prior to or at the same time as your Stonehill reservation in order for the housing/meal reservation to be processed. It's recommended to make reservations early, especially if you want a particular choice, as some selections will sell out. Be sure to match your reservation with your camp registration period.
• The Weekend and Extended Weekend selections have two optional add-ons:

  Thursday Evening/Friday Morning

  Includes Thursday night housing and meals from Thursday dinner through Friday lunch. Be sure to select the same add-on for your camp registration!

  Sunday Night or Monday Night

  Includes one additional night of housing plus breakfast. Especially recommended for those traveling to camp so as not to miss any of the Sunday or Monday evening camp activities.

• Pricing reflects the meals and nights of accommodation included with each option and includes all taxes. All prices are per person. If sharing a room, each person needs to submit a Stonehill reservation.
• If single rooms have sold out, let us know if you would like to be on the wait list. It is possible that rooms will be released as singles if there are enough available.
• If after registering you would like to add any of the optional add-ons, Contact us and we can make the adjustments.
• Submitting a reservation does not hold a place until payment is received (either full payment, a 50% deposit, or a personalized installment plan) for both camp registration and Stonehill reservation fees.

Bedding/Linen Packages

• Beds are the same in all housing options and are size Twin XL.
• Linens are NOT included with housing. You are welcome to bring your own bedding, whether sheets or a sleeping bag. A linen package is available to rent for $35. It includes a top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcase and towel set. A pillow and blanket are NOT included.

Submitting a Registration & Making Payments

• Registration uses a Shopping Cart:
  • Click the Register link in the price table above for your option selection, complete and submit the form. Please submit a separate reservation for each individual.
  • Go to Camp Registration to make your selection for the same time period as your reservation.
  • Once all your selections are in the cart, go to Checkout.
  • You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal. After submitting your order, you will have the choice of using a PayPal account or credit/debit card. There is a non-refundable 4.0% handling fee added to PayPal/credit card payments.
  • Make checks, money orders or your bank's online payment to Beantown Camp and send to the address at Contact. The last day for receiving mail is June 23, 2026. Please only send a check if it will arrive in time. For your bank's online payment, use your email address (or your phone number if you do not have email) as the account number. If using Bank of America/Zelle, Popmoney or Wise peer-to-peer transfers, use info@hoptothebeat.com as the account to pay.
• Either full payment, a 50% deposit, or a personalized installment plan is required to have your housing and meal selection reserved.
• Enrolling in the installment plan will schedule equal monthly credit card payments with the first one occurring when the reservation is submitted, and subsequent ones occurring on the same day of the month, with the last one on or before June 22, 2023. If ordering more than one item on the installment plan please put them in separate orders due to a limitation in the checkout process.
• If paying a deposit, full payment must be paid by May 31, 2026 to guarantee your reservation. The balance can be paid using the Balance Payment page or by sending a check, money order or using your bank's online payment.
• Contact us if you would like to set up a personalized installment plan.

Room Key Deposits

• Bring a check for $35 to check-in made out to Beantown Camp for your room key deposit. Your check will be ripped up or returned to you at checkout when you turn in your key.
• If you are leaving outside of the scheduled checkout times, put keys in provided envelope, write your name and room number on it, and leave in the drop box (location TBA). Add your name and room number to the log book. Beantown staff will retrieve keys and rip up deposit checks.

Refund Information

• If you need to cancel your Stonehill reservation, a full refund for the Stonehill fees minus a $25 processing fee is provided if your request is received by May 31, 2026. No refunds after May 31, 2025. Transfers to another person are also accepted. A new reservation needs to be submitted to process the transfer.
