The online download is available in two file sizes. The smaller size is a ZIP file that contains separate video files for each instructor, easier to upload to a mobile device. The larger size is a ZIP file that contains a single video file that includes all the instructors. Both ZIP files contain a _README.txt file that has a list of the classes organized by instructors. All video files have named chapter markers for easy navigation in compatible players such as Apple’s QuickTime Player (click the index button). The files can each be downloaded once within a year of purchase.
