Waiver

This waiver is part of the registration process (see the Registration Instructions). You do not need to mail in this Waiver (unless you are a Minor), instead each person will be required to sign one at check-in.

MINORS: If 17 years or younger, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian (see information on Minors) and mailed with the other required information to:

Beantown Camp 2008 Northeast Lindy Hop Championships 2008 Waiver
I hereby release and hold harmless Beantown Lindy Hop Summer Camp (Beantown Camp), its directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, causes of action, suits or liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I may incur or suffer by reason or as a result of my enrollment or participation in  Beantown Camp 2008 or the Northeast Lindy Hop Hop Championships 2008. I understand that Beantown Camp may record my participation in this event and competition on video or by photograph. I grant Beantown Camp unlimited use of any such recordings with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of Beantown Camp.
