Complete and submit the Registration Form which includes both registration information and a questionnaire. Please submit a separate form for each person.
- Before May 9, 2011
- For the Weekend or Extended Weekend, either full payment or a $185 deposit is required for your registration. For the Week or Whole Shebang, either full payment or a $230 deposit is required. To guarantee your reservation, full payment needs to be received or postmarked by May 9, 2011. If full payment has not been received or postmarked by May 9, 2011, an additional fee of $25 for the Weekend or Extended Weekend and $50 for the Week or Whole Shebang is added to the balance due.

- Increased tuition fees go into effect with an additional $25 charge for the Weekend or Extended Weekend and $50 for the Week or Whole Shebang. Payment must be made in full for all registrations submitted after May 9, 2011.
Make payment by any of the methods listed on the Payment page. You will be sent confirmation of your registration within 10 days after we receive everything required. All notifications will be sent by email if you have provided an email address. If you change your contact information (email/telephone/etc.) after registering, please use the mailing list form to notify us of the updates or contact us directly with the information. Each person will be required to complete a Waiver at check-in.
Important: To be registered and to hold a place, we need to have received a separate Registration Form with completed questionnaire and Payment for each person (either full payment, or prior to May 9, 2011 a deposit of $185 for the Weekend or Extended Weekend or $230 for the Week or Whole Shebang). If you are 17 years or younger please check the section on Under 18 for additional registration requirements.
Submitting a Registration Form does not hold a place until payment is received!
