Registration Information

The registration process is NEW for 2012! Please be sure to review the information.

Each person will be required to complete a Waiver at check-in. If you are 17 years or younger please check the section on Under 18 for additional registration requirements.

There are four main options for registering for Beantown Camp: the Whole Shebang, the Week , the Extended Weekend and the Weekend. The Weekend and Extended Weekend selections have three optional add-ons.

New for this year, reservations for Endicott housing and meal options are separate from the camp registration, although they can be done at the same time and the payment can be combined in one. We highly recommend staying on campus as it does really add to your Beantown experience, although it is not a requirement for attending. There are several housing styles to choose from as well as single, double or triple/quadruple room occupancy choices. All Endicott housing selections include full meals. For those who prefer to commute to campus there are choices of a Lunch Only or Full Meals option.

The best value is with a complete meal and housing package. If you do choose to commute, we suggest selecting at least the Lunch Only selection. Besides an opportunity to relax with other campers, lunch time often includes announcements, special words from Dave Lasagna and other impromptu occurrences. Please note that it will not be possible to purchase individual meals on campus and only campers on the meal plan will be permitted in the dining room during meal times.

How To Register

Registration uses a Shopping Cart. Go to the individual registration pages for Camp Registration, Competition Registration and Endicott Reservation and click the Register link in the price table for your selections. Once all your selections are in the cart, together with anything else from the Shop, you can go to the Checkout. You do not have to make all your selections at the same time, you can always add competitions and housing and meal reservations later.

If you select to pay by check or money order, your payment must be received within 10 days of your registration submission in order to be eligible for the first two payment tiers (the first 100).

Send checks, money orders or your Bank’s online payment to Contact.

If you initially register by paying a deposit, you can come back later and use the Payment page to pay the balance.

If after registering you would like to add any of the optional add-ons just Contact us and we can make the adjustments.
