Novice Jack & Jill

Contestants sign up individually. This division is for those who place themselves as beginner to beginner-intermediate dancers and competitors. If you have never competed before but are a higher level dancer, then either the Intermediate or Advanced Jack & Jill is the appropriate division for you. In the preliminary, contestants will be paired randomly with several partners and will dance to a variety of tempos. Contestants will be selected individually for the finals. In the finals, couples will be paired randomly and judged as a couple. Finalists will dance in heats to a variety of tempos. Individuals entered in Novice may not also compete in Intermediate or Advanced Jack & Jill.
